HOTEL LA FLORESTA SALENTO
My name is Eliana Salgado Orrego and my husband Ernesto Jaramillo Gutiérrez, we are a large family in Salento Quindío Colombia, which started a business idea "Hotel La Floresta Salento" 10 years ago, there were only 3 rooms and today we have 18, more hammock area, gym, massage room and other social areas. All this has been achieved with perseverance and the idea of each day being able to offer something better to our tourists.
Our collaborators have been a fundamental part of this beautiful project, thanks to their vocation as people, tourists manage to feel at home so many kilometers away from it.
Hotel La Floresta Salento is designed by my husband Ernesto Jaramillo. According to our economy we have been able to build in parts. It has been wanted to offer a modern construction without leaving the legacy that the Antioquia Colonization left us; colorful houses, with balconies and wide spaces to share with the family.
We hope that tourists who want to participate in this beautiful project will have a different stay; Learn about our gastronomy through workshops given in the accommodation, share with raizales, which are people who make up our work team, meet some birds that you can see in Salento Colombia, learn to dance salsa, among other activities that you can do.
